This policy is designed to comply with the requirements of Google Play, Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, and applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. It should be read alongside the Data Safety information provided on each App's store listing.

Data We Collect & How We Use It
To provide and improve our services, our Apps collect certain information. Below we detail the types of data collected and the purposes for which we use them.
A. Information Collected Automatically
Device model, OS version, browser type, and unique device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID on Android, IDFA/IDFV on iOS).
To ensure app compatibility, optimize performance, and for security.
Crash logs, diagnostic information, and interaction data (features used, session duration, screen views).
To identify bugs, analyze performance, and improve the user experience.
We collect your IP address to estimate general location (country/city). We do not collect precise GPS data.
To serve location-relevant content or ads, and for demographic analytics.
B. Information You Provide (If Applicable)
If you reach out to us (e.g., via email), we may collect your name, email address, and message content.
To respond to inquiries, provide support, and improve our services.

How & Why We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party partners only as described below:

Your Privacy Rights & Choices
- Opt-out of Data Collection: You can stop all future data collection by uninstalling any App using the standard process on your device.
- Opt-out of Personalized Advertising (Android): Go to Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
- Opt-out of Personalized Advertising (iOS): Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track." You can also enable "Limit Ad Tracking" under Apple Advertising.
- Access & Deletion: You have the right to request access to or deletion of your user-provided data. Contact us at contact@benappz.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
- GDPR & CCPA Rights: If you are located in the EU or California, you may have additional rights including the right to data portability and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Data Retention & Security
We retain user-provided data for as long as you use our Apps and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected information is retained in aggregated form for up to 24 months.
We use commercially acceptable security measures to safeguard your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under these ages.
If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at contact@benappz.com and we will take prompt steps to delete it.
